A third-party jewelry quality control company ran inspections on printed sheets. Inspectors recorded findings on paper at the factory and re-entered the same data later, while managers spent the end of every month consolidating it into pivot tables by hand. We built a platform covering the whole lifecycle: factories submit requests into the system, inspectors log findings on a mobile app that works without signal, and reporting generates itself.

The process leaned on paper and spreadsheets end to end. Inspectors wrote findings down at the factory and typed them up afterwards, which doubled the workload and gave errors two chances to creep in. Management then spent hours each month consolidating that data into something a client could be sent.

Factories submit requests straight into the database. Inspectors record findings and capture photographs on a mobile app built to work with no connection and sync when it regains one. Everything lands in a real-time dashboard, so the monthly reporting exercise stopped existing rather than getting faster.
